Environmentally Friendly Products

Our Fully-Welded PVC Door Products offer state-of-the-art low-conductivity PVC resins and require no-internal metal stiffening for most sizes
Internal stiffening, if required, is made of roll-formed steel, which is significantly stronger and less thermally-conductive than traditional aluminum stiffeners
These products are lighter-weight, more thermally-efficient, and require significantly fewer parts than virtually all competitive product offerings - meaning our door product offerings require less energy to operate, and their production requires far fewer supply chain "links" to create a complete product
Our PVC door products are highly-recyclable, and are completely RoHS-compliant
In addition, our door products offer replaceable glass, hardware and gasket components, meaning a new door is not required every time a component breaks or wears out - unlike many competitive products that are literally glued-together

We offer both swing and sliding glass doors in state-of-the-art welded PVC, featuring the following attributes:

Trimline Inset-Mount PVC sliders for display case and deli case applications, offering a larger visible glass area and superior thermal performance vs. competitive products
No mechanical fastening required to assemble doors - no unsightly fasteners, plugs, etc. or mechanically-fastened miter joints which can open up or loosen over time
Like welded metal, welded PVC miter joints are stronger than underlying extrusions
Swing Door Sizes from 14" x 20" up to 36" x 72" - smaller and larger sizes available upon request, with special fabrication fixturing potentially required
Slide Door Sizes available for virtually any cabinet opening
Exterior-Mount and Inset-Mount heavy duty PVC sliders for bottle cooler or foodservice applications

Black and Gray NSF-approved PVC standard extrusions in stock - additional colors available upon request with minimum purchase quantities for custom colors

Custom Aluminum and PVC swing and sliding glass door profiles available through new design projects

Complete design services available - we can accommodate most any customer requirement regardless of hinging type or location or type and size of cabinet opening
